DEPARTMENT AT BLOORS: Drama. Olivia is a brilliant actress and despite being a Junior, often gets leading roles in the school plays. Her best friend, Emma, makes most of her costumes for her.
ENDOWMENT: Olivia doesn't discover her endowment until the fourth book, but she is an illusionist descended from Guanhamara, the Red King's eldest daughter.
OTHER: Olivia is nicknamed Liv or Livvy.

Midnight for Charlie Bone
Here is a rough summary of what happens in the 1st Charlie Bone book:
Charlie Bone is a 10yr old boy who discovers he can hear what goes on in photographs. His horrible great aunts, the Yewbeams, then send him off to a gloomy grey academy called 'Bloor's Academy', where he makes some new friends.....and enemies.
Gabriel, Tancred and Lysander rescue Charlie from the ruin, and the school has a big party at the end.

Charlie finds out that once, ten years ago, the Bloors stole a baby girl and put her under hypnosis. Her aunt (her parents now being dead) is looking for her, and Charlie and his friends Fidelio, Benjamin, and Olivia discover that she is an endowed girl at Bloor's called Emilia Moon. Her real name is Emma Tolly, and her inventor father, Dr Mostyn Tolly, left an invention which he hoped might awaken her.

They manage to wake her, and she goes off to live with her aunt, Julia Ingledew, who runs a bookshop called Ingledew's.
However, Emma's adopted family, the Moons, are not ready to let Emma go without a fight as the Bloors paid them a lot of money to look after her, but Charlie's Uncle Paton forces the Bloors to hand over Emma's adoption papers, and so Emma escapes the Bloors.

To top off the book, at the end Charlie learns of the Ruin Game, a game devised by the Bloors where the students have to go into the big ruins of the Red King's castle, and look for a medal - by night.
Charlie manages to get lost, as the Bloors had planned, and they send in the were-beast, Asa Pike, to finish Charlie off. Luckily for Charlie, Fidelio and Gabriel Silk, another of Charlie's friends, alert two of the other, more powerfully endowed; Tancred Torsson and Lysander Sage.
Gabriel, Tancred and Lysander rescue Charlie from the ruin, and the school has a big party at the end.

Among the people appearing in the finale, we have: Donna, Martha, Rose, Captain Jack, Gwen (from Torchwood), Ianto (from Torchwood), Mickey, Sylvia, Wilf, Jackie, Sarah-Jane, and Luke (Sarah-Jane's adopted son from the Sarah-Jane Adventures). We might get to see K9, and the Red Herrings from DigitalSpy suggests that we might get a mention of Jenny, the Doctor's daughter.
As many people have commented, it seems strange that all of them can be fitted in, but Russell T Davies has assured us that, 'Its not like Sarah-Jane pops up and says "I agree". Everyone gets their moment in the sun.

So, we have seen in the previous episode (Turn Left) that when the Doctor and Donna run into the TARDIS, the everything seems to be red. The last time we saw red light in the TARDIS, the Master had been using it as a Paradox Machine. The universes colliding, or whatever is going on, and all the Bad Wolf stuff, that is bound to be a paradox, so the TARDIS automatically compensates to hold reality together.
However, this apparently doesn't mean it can't be used for travel, as we have clips of the Doctor and Donna in there and (apparently) travelling (or getting ready to - setting coordinates, or something).
But, we have this image: 
......so we know for certain that something goes wrong.......
........though we don't know what.

Red Herring-ness!
Spoilers! Or rather, here are some spoilers, with three red herrings, for the next episode of Doctor Who! See if you can work out which are true and which are false....
-Wilf wields a cricket bat.
-Davros has been harvesting bees into a new army of Daleks.
-The Daleks know the identity of a certain former Prime Minister.
-Captain Jack becomes angry at Paul O'Grady's effect on Ianto Jones.
-A certain body part in a jar is bubbling.
-A Dalek exterminates the Torchwood pterodactyl. 
-The fate of a character from 'Voyage Of The Damned' is revealed.
-Wilf was banned from using a webcam as there were suspicions over what he might use it for.
-Project Indigo holds the key to salvation.
-The Doctor's daughter, Jenny is trapped near a black hole, but K-9 is sent to rescue her.
-A Dalek speaks to Mr. Smith.
-The Time War was 'time locked', or so thought The Doctor.

Wow, was that last episode good or what? It had me on the edge of me seat, especially the last scene with the Doctor realising the Bad Wolf stuff!!!!! And next time.......!!! *hyperventilates* It nearly gave me a heart attack when I watched it, and still has me squealing 11th time round! Torchwood! Gwen! Ianto! Jack! Sarah-Jane! Luke! Ooh, brilliant!

Charlie Bone - next book!
Anyone who loves Charlie Bone will be delighted to hear that the next book, Charlie Bone and the Shadow of Badlock, is due to be published early September 2008.
The plot is, supposedly, this:
"When Charlie's curiosity gets the better of him, he finds out that the enchanter Count Harken is back to take a his revenge on the Red King's heirs, starting with Charlie's family! Charlie's ancestor has been kidnapped and imprisoned in the dark, forbidding land of Badlock, and it's up to Charlie to save him. Traveling through a painting to the terrifying countryside, Charlie and his best friend's dog, Runner Bean, take up the quest. But when Runner Bean gets trapped, Charlie needs the help of his friends. Can they get past an army of trolls, rescue Runner Bean and Charlie's ancestor, and get out before it's too late? Can Charlie outwit Court Harken and his sinister troops, or will the prisoners be doomed to being held captive in Badlock forever?"
This was taken from Wikepedia. I have also heard that "...two of the endowed will battle, and only one will walk away...". From another thing I heard about the book, apparently Dagbert wants to get his back on Tancred for stealing his gold sea urchin....
Uh-oh! Methinks there is a possibility Tancred might get into trouble.....*dramatic music*
